Export or delete your account.

Before deleting

Account deletion is permanent. Download your private archive first if you want to keep a copy of your logs, private pins, fly box, trip prep, saved waters, or account activity.

An archive can contain exact private locations and notes. Store it privately and do not attach it to a public report or social post.

Delete in the app

1. Open the BlueStreamFly Field Companion and go to Account.
2. Choose Data, then Review deletion steps.
3. Enter your current password and type DELETE MY BSF ACCOUNT exactly.
4. Choose Permanently delete account.

The app removes the account and its managed active cloud data, then clears its private field data from that device. A private archive you previously saved is a separate file and must be removed by you.

Cannot access the app?

Use the contact form and choose the closest available reason. Put “Field Companion account deletion” in the message and send it from the email address used for the account. Do not include your password, exact fishing spots, private pins, or archive file.

Privacy and support

BlueStreamFly support will confirm that the account belongs to you before making changes. Public angler updates may name a general area of a river, but they never include private pins, exact fishing spots, or private access notes.
